Women's Wilderness and Earth Retreats offer time within
the natural world to reflect upon one's spiritual journey within the context
of the entire Sacred Earth Community. Retreats to introduce and engage
children and young people into spirituality and enchantment within the
natural world are also offered.
Fifth Annual Women’s
Wilderness Camping Retreat June 21–26, 2009, Pecos Wilderness

This was the Fifth Annual Women’s Wilderness Camping Retreat at Holy Ghost Group Campground in the Pecos Wilderness. Space was limited to first 12 registrants. Theme was “Celebrating and Contemplating the Hidden Hearth of the Universe.” A sliding scale donation of $75-$200 was requested according to ability to pay. Retreat was guided by Joan Brown,osf and M. J. Zimmerman with a daily theme, rituals, dream sharing and solitude time in an amazingly beautiful setting in the Pecos Wilderness.
